Orion is always committed to ensuring that the cherries they harvest are of the highest quality before processing them. Therefore, Orion always sources high-quality beans from the best growing regions, such as Kerinci, Bandung, Aceh, and others.
The majority of our processing is semi-washed. Depulping machines remove the seeds from the cherries at this stage. The seeds are then hulled before being sun-dried.
Our factory is on Selamat Street No. 12 Medan-Binjai, North Sumatra, Indonesia. All green beans will be processed into grade 1 beans and ready for shipment.
Orion always ensures that the coffee beans it processes have the best flavor and can be enjoyed by coffee connoisseurs all over the world. Therefore, Orion always conducted Quality Control and cupping to ensure that the coffee is of the highest quality.
We mostly process our products using the wet-hulled processing method. Our specialty products, on the other hand, are manufactured using different processing methods as requested by the customer. We have received orders for natural, washed, and honey processed green coffee beans.
